The standard MOQ for in-stock products is 50 pieces. For first-time customers, a lower MOQ may be considered for small trial orders to support market testing. MOQ requirements for OEM and ODM orders can be discussed based on the fabric and production process.

In-stock samples can usually be dispatched within 2–3 days. Custom samples typically take 3–7 days to complete. The sample fee for standard styles is approximately RMB 120, while custom sample charges vary depending on the design and workmanship.

Our products are tested to widely recognized international standards and are supported by SGS, TÜV, and Intertek documentation. Relevant test reports can be provided to support compliance requirements for European and North American markets.

We follow a four-stage quality-control process: 1) 100% incoming inspection of raw materials; 2) in-process inspection of semi-finished products; 3) 100% inspection of finished products; and 4) a second random inspection before shipment to prevent defective items from leaving the factory.

We recommend payment through Alibaba Trade Assurance. We also accept T/T bank transfer and Western Union. For standard orders, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance paid before shipment.

After the deposit and pre-production sample are confirmed, standard orders typically take 7–15 days. Lead times for high-volume orders or products requiring special workmanship can be negotiated separately.
